Pickers United is a community-led movement that brings local people together for short, welcoming litter picks - making neighbourhoods cleaner, strengthening community pride, and doing it in a way that's simple, visible and repeatable. Same time. Same place. Clean communities every week.
HOW IT WORKS
One hour. Real impact. No pressure.
According to Keep Britain Tidy, 2m pieces of litter are dropped in the UK every day, That can't be allowed to continue.
So every Sunday, 10:00-11:00, we do something about it.
Pickers United brings local people together to clean up their communities - without changing their routines. Walk the dog. Bring the kids. Catch up with friends. Or come on your own. The only difference? We hand you a litter picker and a bag, and you clean up as you go.
There's no long term commitment, no experience needed and no equipment to buy. We provide everything and we take everything afterwards. You just turn up, do something positive, and head home feeling good.
Local volunteer leads organise meet-ups across the UK, making it easy for anyone to get involved where they live.
